To be the most reliable and responsive provider of aids and succor to all victims of any form of conflicts within its area of coverage and other vulnerable people, the less privileged (particularly widows, orphans, youths and the girl-child etc. ) within the society.
MISSION
To identify and promptly respond to the yearnings of the victims of all crises in a proactive and sustainable manner.
